Photo Diary 134 Exposures2025
Photo Diary — 134 Exposures is a photographic journal created for photographer Markella Floka, functioning as an archive of memory and personal narrative. The images capture fleeting moments suspended between the present and what is already lost, evoking a quiet sense of nostalgia.
The design follows the fluid nature of memory, alternating between black & white and color — mirroring how recollections shift between vivid and faded. Printed on Arena paper, the 150-page book allows the images to breathe with subtlety and restraint.
Inserted negative sheets act as temporal pauses, while Keaykolour Deep Black and Pumpkin 120 gsm papers reinforce a cohesive visual language. The result is not just a photobook, but a contemplative experience — where memory takes form, and absence becomes tangible.
