Who we are

What we collect, and why
Analytics (only with your consent). If you allow analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used: pages visited, time on page, how you arrived (for example a search or a link), device and browser type, and approximate location (country and city). Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. We don’t use this data for advertising and don’t combine it with other data. It is kept for [14 months — set in our GA4 account].
Without your consent, Google Tag Manager still loads, but analytics cookies are not set. Google may receive limited, cookieless signals (Consent Mode) that cannot identify you.
Cookieless statistics (no consent needed). For basic visitor numbers we also use Umami Cloud, which runs for every visitor. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It collects anonymous, aggregated usage data only (pages viewed, referring site, browser, device type and country) and some interactions, such as which project or link was clicked, never anything you type or your contact details. It can’t identify you, isn’t used for profiling and isn’t combined with other data. We rely on our legitimate interest in understanding, at an aggregate level, how the site is used (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Contact form. When you send the contact form, we receive the details you enter (name, telephone, e-mail, website, budget and your message). The form is handled by Netlify Forms, our hosting provider, which stores the submission and forwards it to us. We use it only to reply to your enquiry and keep it for as long as needed for that [and any follow-up work].

We also remember your light/dark and colour choice in your browser’s local storage; this is not sent to us.
Legal basis
Analytics cookies are used only with your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and the ePrivacy rules). The consent cookie is strictly necessary to remember your choice. Umami’s cookieless, anonymous statistics are based on our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Contact-form data is used to answer your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Changing your mind
You can change or withdraw consent at any time: (also linked in the footer). If you switch analytics off, we remove the Google Analytics cookies.
Who else processes data
Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), Umami Software (Umami Cloud statistics) and Netlify (hosting and forms) process data on our behalf. Some of this may happen outside the EU, under the safeguards these providers offer (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to or restrict its use, by emailing info@untitledoffice.gr. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
